Terms and Conditions
SAFESPACE sidekik Booking Policy Scheduling & Availability: Book up to 24 hours before a session. Heroes enjoy 12 sessions per season, subject to sidekik availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance without fees. One reschedule allowed per booking if notified 15 minutes before the session. Payment: The sidekik program is a 12-week package with weekly 1-hour sessions. The cost is $1000 per season for SAFESPACE Ultimate Heroes. SAFESPACE Heroes receive 20% off, Infinity Heroes receive 30% off, and Infinity and Beyond Heroes receive 40% off the first season (trimester). After the first season, continuation is at full price. First Responders, Veterans, and Active Duty Military receive a 30% discount. Refunds are provided for the value of services not yet rendered if the package is canceled. Sessions already provided must be paid for. One free session per customer. No-Show & Late Policy: No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Future bookings remain unaffected. Confidentiality & Privacy: Sessions are recorded for quality. Booking implies consent for data use in training, with encryption ensuring privacy. Identifiable information is used only with direct consent. Technical Requirements: A phone is required for session participation. Feedback: Post-session, a text survey is sent for feedback.
